From growing up on a Christmas tree farm in Oregon, to living in a van in the high Sierra's, to working cubicle-bound in corporate America - Christina has finally arrived at Enso Natural Medicine to share her passions of intuitive touch and therapeutic bodywork. As someone who has suffered from chronic pain due to injuries and pathological circumstances Christina found the life changing and overwhelming revival that came with experiencing bodywork, energy healing, and holistic health treatment. An education in holistic health through bodywork presented itself, and her true calling was found.
After studying at Sacred Roots Massage Therapy School in Bozeman, Christina is now on a journey to broaden her treatment-based bodywork skills by mentoring with the seasoned practicioners of Enso. She is eager to put her passions to play and begin positively impacting the greater Bozeman community with intuitive touch and healing intention. An anatomy nerd at heart, her fascination with the human body fuels her to better understand how she may be a catalyst to her client's healing and improve their lives through massage. Through this lens, Christina identifies the root of a problem and considers the body as a whole while integrating modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage.
Through her experiences as a bodyworker, she hopes to empower individuals to be active participants in their health & wellness journey, and would be honored to hold space for those looking to restore a sense of peace and wholeness from within.
Outside of her work as a massage therapist you can find Christina trudging up the trails of the Beartooths, foraging the grounds for plants & herbs, hiking the ridge at Bridger Bowl, cooking a meal with loved ones, and getting groovy to the sweet sounds of Montana bluegrass.
