Becoming, together.

There is a lost art of coming together to embrace the collective as we heal individually, together, and our world - as they are not separate from one another. Community makes us whole simply by being apart of it. Circles, even more so. We listen. We’re seen. We deepen and grow together.

Each season that reflects the 5 Elements in Chinese Medicine (every other month) we will circle and attune ourselves to the present moments, listen and learn from one another.

We will begin each season with meditation & acupuncture to help us all regulate to the pace of our natural bio-rhythms, listen to the subtitles that are often too quiet for the daily pace, learn how to better support ourselves from a Chinese medical lens that listens to nature’s patterns. Then, journal, share inspirations, challenges & wisdoms with one another.

We will pose questions that open depth into each season allowing reflections to emerge. We will have the opportunity share our personal journey, explore shadow work, patterns, values and virtues. We will learn more about what brings our nervous system into regulation and foster balance and resilience.

Full year (6 sessions) course: $450

Space is limited to a group of 7 people.
