Aspen's medicine is body-based and soul-oriented. Through touch, guidance, breath, and embodied awareness she guides you to open up stuck energy, transform patterns, release history, and awaken more agency, choice, personal power, and possibility.
Central to Aspen's work is the recognition that the body holds immeasurable wisdom, presence, and adaptability.
It also holds our history, beliefs, patterns and stories. These find a home in our muscles, postures, voice, and ways of being. We become the shape of our experiences, sometimes forgetting who we really are.
But the beautiful thing is, that shape is not fixed. We can transform, open, liberate and connect back to the truth of who we are. We can take new shape.
Aspen is a Montana native who loves being in nature. Outside of Enso you might find her on the river, teaching embodiment classes, playing in her garden, or letting her body move her in whatever way it feels called.
With unwavering dedication, she continues to learn, grow, and support others on their paths. She provides a nurturing space for you to explore your inner landscape, unleash untapped potential, and come back home to a tangible, physical felt sense of the Truth of who you are.
