Katie began her healthcare career in massage therapy, working with elite athletes to enhance recovery, prevent injuries, and support high performance. Her work extended into hospital settings including cancer care, hospice, obstetrics, becoming a doula and doing pregnancy massage, and post-op recovery, giving her a deep appreciation for diverse patient needs.
Her passion for holistic care led her to pursue advanced education in acupuncture, Chinese medicine, somatic therapy and trauma-informed bodywork. Katie’s approach is both intuitive and evidence-informed—blending Eastern wisdom with Western anatomy and neuroscience.

In 2017, Katie co-founded Enso Natural Medicine alongside Dr. Holcomb Johnston to create a collaborative healing space rooted in connection and integrity. Together, they bring over 35 years of experience in integrative health care to the Bozeman community.
