  • Anxiety, depression, and PTSD

  • Hormonal imbalance and fertility

  • Digestive issues

  • Sleep disturbances

Herbal Consult (in person or tele-health)

30-45 MINUTES $60 + cost of herbs

Not quite ready for acupuncture but still want to try Chinese Medicine? A custom blend of herbs is a wonderful way to experience a daily benefit to support health on any level.

At Enso, we have a working pharmacy. We create tea blends specific to your needs. Formulas can be used for acute conditions, made for ongoing health goals, &/or support your greater constitution.

Chinese herbs are a bit different than Western herbal teas. They use the denser parts of plants (roots, berries, barks, ect.) that contain many nutrients and minerals to support healing. Our herbal medicine is individualized for everyone to focus on treating both the causes of symptoms, as well as the underlying root issues. Many people have noticeable changes with this potent medicine. Acute symptoms tend to resolve quickly and chronic conditions may benefit from an ongoing, seasonal herbal formula.

With custom blends, sometimes you can watch us blend your formula and sometimes we need time to do research, which may take up to 48 hours.

Herbs are wonderful at treating many health challenges including (but not limited to): acute or chronic pain & injuries, post operative healing, digestive issues, irregular or painful cycles, infertility, menopause, immune function, endurance, stress management, insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other emotional challenges.
